When you register for membership or a symposium, we collect your name, email address, institutional affiliation, and payment details necessary to process registration.
We use member information to administer membership benefits, process symposium registrations, and distribute our research bulletin. Attendee lists may be shared with symposium sponsors for badge scanning purposes only, with member consent.
Manuscript submissions to our affiliated journal are handled through a separate peer-review platform governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
